fashion-forward category leader
who lives trends, breathes design, and understands the premium consumer mindset.

This role goes beyond merchandising—you will
shape the fashion identity
of the premium eyewear line through trend intuition, design sensibility, and commercial strategy.

1. Build Category & Fashion Strategy

  • Define the fashion direction for premium eyewear.
  • Identify upcoming trends in shapes, colours, materials, and overall aesthetics.

2. Lead Assortment & Merchandising

  • Build the product assortment for premium eyewear.
  • Identify gaps, plan depths, evaluate pricing, and track sell-throughs.

3. Work Closely With Design

  • Give fashion inputs for new shapes, finishes, colours, and materials.
  • Translate trends into commercially viable, premium designs.

4. Guide Creative & Storytelling

  • Develop simple, strong product stories and moodboards.
  • Support photoshoots, styling, and launch direction for Premium Eyewear

5. Understand Consumers & Competition

  • Know what premium customers want—styles, fits, and fashion behaviours.
  • Track the market and competition to guide decisions.

6. Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work with design, supply, marketing, and store teams to deliver launches on time and scale category growth.

Who You Are

  • Strong passion for fashion, design, trends, and premium brands.
  • Someone who experiments with looks and understands new-age fashion.
  • Good understanding of merchandising, category management, or fashion business.
  • Can think visually—moodboards, references, styling cues.
