Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager leads the execution and optimization of online marketing campaigns to grow brand presence, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results. This role requires strategic oversight of all digital channels, analytical reporting, and integrated messaging to maximize campaign impact.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee website management to ensure an engaging user experience and SEO best practices.

Develop and implement WhatsApp API Marketing campaigns, leveraging automation and personalized messaging for customer outreach.

Plan and execute social media marketing across major platforms, utilizing Meta Ads (Paid Advertising) and organic strategies.

Analyze and report performance metrics, delivering actionable reporting & insights to management.

Monitor and optimize paid advertising on Meta and other digital channels to maximize ROI.

Integrate messaging and brand consistency across all digital and social platforms.

Drive performance & reporting review cycles, recommending improvements based on data analytics.

Collaborate with creative and technical teams to execute targeted campaigns.

Maintain industry awareness of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Ensure all campaigns comply with company standards and relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven results in website, social media, and paid advertising management.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms (Meta, Google Ads, WhatsApp API), and analytics software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in at least three languages (English and Hindi compulsory).

Ability to integrate messaging and manage cross-platform campaigns efficiently.

Demonstrated capacity for data-driven decision-making, reporting, and campaign optimization.

Creative, adaptable, and collaborative personality.
