About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12 years of post-qualification experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Audit, Income Tax, and GST, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits as per applicable standards.
  • Handle Income Tax filings, assessments, and related compliances.
  • Manage GST returns, reconciliations, and compliance matters.
  • Assist in financial reporting, MIS, and balance sheet finalization.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with clients, auditors, and authorities for financial and tax matters.
  • Provide analytical insights to support business decisions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Audit, Income Tax, and GST regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to timelines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • CA Qualification from ICAI (1–2 years post-qualification experience).
  • Semi Qualified CA will be the second prority.
  • Age: Below 35 years.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
