Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Cybersecurity Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in implementing and managing security controls, monitoring systems, and responding to threats. Experience in the stock broking or financial services domain will be a strong advantage due to the regulatory and sensitive nature of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm).
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing; coordinate remediation efforts.
• Implement and maintain endpoint protection, antivirus, DLP, and firewall systems.
• Manage user access control and identity management systems in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Perform regular security audits, risk assessments, and prepare security reports.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and RBI cybersecurity guidelines and circulars.
• Investigate and report on security breaches or anomalies, prepare incident documentation.
• Collaborate with internal IT and third party vendors to resolve security issues.
• Maintain updated cybersecurity documentation, including SOPs, logs, and change reports.
• Support DR/BCP plans and perform regular security drills.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
    • Certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer preferred

Experience

Cybersecurity Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in implementing and managing security controls, monitoring systems, and responding to threats Experience in stock broking or BFSI domain highly desirable

Functional Competencies

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (preferred ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, WAF, and endpoint protection tools.
• Familiarity with DLP, email security, and secure configuration of Windows/Linux systems.
• Knowledge of encryption, PKI, digital certificates, and data privacy controls.
• Hands-on with network security monitoring, vulnerability scanners (e.g., Nessus, Qualys).
• Understanding of cybersecurity implications in financial trading platforms and APIs.

Behavioral Competencies

Reasonable Communication (both oral & written) and good interpersonal skills.
