About Us :

FUN Chess Classes is a growing chess academy dedicated to making chess fun, accessible, and rewarding for kids of all ages. We currently operate in Mumbai & Thane and are looking for passionate and patient chess coaches to join our journey in creating future champions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct engaging chess coaching sessions for kids (Group & Personal sessions)
  • Teach foundational concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Develop a supportive, encouraging, and disciplined learning environment
  • Assess and track student progress regularly
  • Prepare students for chess tournaments and competitions
  • Communicate with parents regarding student development
  • Create lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to suit each child's pace
  • Assist in organizing in-house tournaments, camps, or online sessions (as needed)

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Chess
  • Prior experience in teaching / coaching kids is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for chess and teaching
  • Punctuality and commitment to time slots
  • Ability to handle both online and offline classes (as preferred)
