Responsibilities
Work independently with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate data privacy & security requirements of our clients- Work closely with business and data stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, create a plan for delivering the artifacts & lead the team to create and deliver the artifacts as per the project requirements
- Be the functional point of contact between development and client business teams and document specifications for requirements and oversee development and testing activities.
- Work in collaboration with Data modeler/Data architect and provide required business/functional inputs that helps to embedded privacy by design
- Designing and implementing data privacy & security programs for different clients.
- Conduct tool evaluation exercise and deploying the tools and processes
- Assist clients in privacy related activities (DPIA, data discovery, consent management, privacy request management, privacy breach detection and management, etc.)
- Participate in the process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with business, subject matter experts and delivery teams to develop strategic business solutions.
- Work on data privacy & security related RFPs, proactive pitches and developing collaterals to showcase capabilities. Document and communicate the proposed solution via creation of compelling business cases

Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability- Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
- Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
- One or two industry domain knowledge
- Client Interfacing skills
- Project and Team management
