Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the South Goa district for a Banquet Executive/Banquet Captain. The role involves overseeing banquet operations, coordinating with clients to plan and execute events, and ensuring smooth service delivery. Daily responsibilities include managing the banquet team, ensuring guest satisfaction, monitoring event budgets, and maintaining high service standards during events.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
• Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
• Understanding of Sales and Budgeting as it pertains to events
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or banquet operations is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous
