Department: TM - Transfusion Medicine

Job Responsibilities

  1. Promote products under the TM Division (Blood Collection Bags, Filter Bags, ACD Bags, Blood Bank Equipment, ACE Machine, etc.) to blood banks, institutional buyers, and other agencies.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners to effectively meet customer needs.
  3. Lead the team by example, demonstrating initiative and commitment in achieving organizational objectives.
  4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets related to revenue, customer creation, and patient engagement.
  5. Follow up effectively with institutional customers while implementing divisional strategies and policies.
  6. Build and maintain good relationships with blood bank professionals and technicians.
  7. Identify new business opportunities in private and institutional markets and proactively share information with senior management.
  8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including secondary billing details from channel partners and competitor activity analysis.
  9. Implement brand-building and promotional activities in coordination with Regional and Head Office teams.
  10. Prepare and regularly update the customer database for business analytics purposes.
  11. Organize and conduct workshops and CMEs (Continuing Medical Education programs).
