Position: Salon Manager

Location: Malout (Punjab)

Department: Salon Operations / Beauty & Wellness

Experience Required: 3–7 years (Salon / Spa / Beauty & Wellness Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Salon Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations of the salon, including appointments, client handling, and service delivery.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage salon inventory, product stock, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Team Leadership & Development
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff (stylists, beauticians, therapists, and support team).
• Schedule shifts and ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff skill development.
• Customer Service Excellence
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Promote loyalty programs, memberships, and repeat business.
• Business & Revenue Growth
• Drive sales of salon services and retail products.
• Achieve monthly targets and monitor financial performance.
• Implement promotions, offers, and local marketing activities.
