Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Engineer will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design, development, and optimization of precision sheet metal components and systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the individual will lead technical projects, ensure compliance with quality standards, and provide innovative solutions to improve processes and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in precision sheet metal design, fabrication, and production processes.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD tools, design software (Solidworks), and 2D drawing interpretation.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards, including ISO compliance, and process optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the sheet metal industry is highly preferred.
