About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of video editing tools, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through visual media. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in video editing and eager to grow with a creative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit raw footage into engaging and polished video content for digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Assist in creating short-form content such as reels, stories, and promotional clips.
  • Add music, sound effects, subtitles, and basic motion graphics when required.
  • Ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and consistent storytelling.
  • Perform colour correction and audio clean-up as needed.
  • Maintain organized project files, footage libraries, and backups.
  • Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and social media formats.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree / diploma in Media, Mass Communication, Film Studies, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of professional editing experience (internships/projects will be considered).
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve.
  • Knowledge of social media video formats and platform requirements.
  • Strong sense of timing, visual composition, and storytelling.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes quickly.
  • Passion for creativity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
