Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and solution-oriented professional with an IT background to support system development, application maintenance, infrastructure setup, troubleshooting, and technology implementation across various business units. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both software and hardware environments, with a strong problem-solving mindset and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. System Support & Maintenance

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and hardware.
  • Install and configure software and hardware (printers, networks, operating systems).
  • Support end-users with technical issues via tickets, email, or in-person.

2. Application Support

  • Assist in maintaining enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, MIS, LMS, CRM).
  • Coordinate with vendors or in-house developers for bug fixes and upgrades.
  • Perform testing and QA for new features/modules.

3. Database and Data Management

  • Support database queries, updates, and backups (SQL/MySQL/Oracle).
  • Assist in data extraction, reporting, and integration tasks.

4. Network & Security Support

  • Monitor local area network (LAN), VPN, and firewalls.
  • Support implementation of cybersecurity measures and compliance.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Generate regular technical performance and usage reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Good understanding of OS (Windows/Linux), networking protocols, and system administration.
  • Familiarity with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), scripting (PowerShell/Python), and cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP), Cloud .
  • Knowledge of ERP, LMS, CRM, or helpdesk platforms is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL, or Microsoft Fundamentals.
  • Prior experience with government or enterprise-level IT infrastructure projects.
