Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Trivandrum. The Architect will be responsible for developing and overseeing architectural projects, ensuring they meet both creative and functional requirements. Daily tasks include creating design solutions, managing project timelines, collaborating with clients and team members, and integrating innovative technologies into design processes. Additionally, the Architect will be involved in project management, including budget planning, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Architectural Design and Architecture
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Integration skills
  • Familiarity with Software Development related to architecture tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
