About DIRTS
DIRTS is a wellness and lifestyle brand building products that help people move, feel, and live better, starting with Foot Alignment Socks and barefoot essentials.
We're growing fast and looking for a creative mind who can turn lean, one-line briefs into polished, performance-ready visuals with strong storytelling, typography, and layout discipline.
What You'll Do
• Design high-performing static and motion creatives for Meta/Instagram/YouTube with 3–5 strong variations per concept
• Create engaging social media content that reflects brand identity and visual strategy
• Build premium packaging with print-ready dielines and realistic mockups
• Develop and maintain a reusable product and lifestyle mockup library
• Define and uphold brand design systems including type scales, spacing, and color usage
• Deliver well-organized source files (AI/PSD) with clean exports and clear handoff notes
• Contribute ideas proactively from moodboard to final output with accountability for results
AI Skills (Good to Have)
• Knowledge of Adobe Firefly / Generative Fill
• Familiarity with Midjourney / SDXL / DALL·E for concept support, cleanup, and backgrounds
What We're Looking For
• 1+ years of experience (agency/brand preferred)
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and layout with portfolio proof
• Skilled in Illustrator & Photoshop (After Effects & Figma are a plus)
• Fast execution while maintaining quality and consistency
Success Indicators
• More approvals with minimal rework
• Concepts in 24–48 hrs, final files same/next day post-feedback
• Consistent brand visual identity across creatives
• Strong contribution to performance and brand growth
