Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for maintaining and developing the organization's Management Information Systems. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support business decisions. The MIS Executive plays a key role in streamlining data processes, preparing reports, and improving the overall efficiency of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, operations, HR, or finance (based on department).
  • Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data and escalate to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data inputs and validation.
  • Support management in decision-making through insightful data analysis.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to data processes and reports.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to MIS and provide timely solutions.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
  • Experience with database tools like MS Access, SQL, or similar (optional but preferred)
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in Data Analysis, Excel, or Power BI is a plus

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles
  • Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills may also be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
