Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement websites using WordPress.
- Develop custom themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Customize existing themes, templates, and plugins.
- Ensure high-performance and availability of websites.
- Manage website maintenance, updates, and performance optimizations.
- Work with design and content teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional websites.
- Perform website backups, security monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs).
- Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and responsiveness.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS (Gutenberg, Classic Editor, Customizer)
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP
- Experience with popular page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
- Theme and plugin development/customization
- Understanding of REST APIs and AJAX
- Basic knowledge of MySQL and database queries
