About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer cum Trainer who can combine technical expertise with the ability to train and mentor learners. The role involves working on real-time projects while also conducting training sessions for students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL.
  • Conduct training sessions on .NET technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials, live coding sessions, and project-based learning.
  • Mentor and guide learners in building real-time projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest .NET trends and incorporate them into both development and training.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project delivery and training outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
  • Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, and OOP concepts.
  • Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is highly preferred.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to balance both development work and training responsibilities.
