Job Description

Responsible for

• In Depth working knowledge of Accounts Payable
• Daily Invoice posting of all the invoices received on the system
• AP vendor statement reconciliation
• AP payment to the vendors by manual and auto payment using SAP
• AR Cash receipts allocation to the right customers account
• Updating the remittance copy and match when the payment received and allocate correctly
• PO reminders to the customers
• Customer invoice dispute management

Ledger status and ensuring robust controls are in place and adhered to.

Essential:

• Complete knowledge of Financial Modules
  • Accounts Payables/ Receivables
  • Treasury and Banking
  • Reconciliations of Banks & GL
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skill
• Extensive knowledge of SAP T-codes
• Demonstrate flexibility in style and approach to problem solving
• Proactively build and maintain excellent stakeholder, customer and supplier relationships
• Strong influencing skills
• Able to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Suggest Improvement in Process

Desirable:

Knowledge (Language, IT skills etc)

• Fluent and wide ranging vocabulary in English is absolutely essential.
• SAP Accounting Knowledge.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office is desirable.

Education: Finance Graduate or MBA

Experience (years):3 Years

Industry / Technology background: Finance and Accounts using SAP

Location: Mumbai

Working Hours: 8.5 Hours per day (UK hours), Hybrid
