Lights Out is a premium sim racing and motorsport experience centre designed to bridge the gap between virtual and real-world racing. We bring together advanced racing simulators, a lively environment, and a passionate community to make motorsport accessible, immersive, and social.

We're looking for an Operations & Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Lights Out arcadeand bring the space to life. You'll manage simulator readiness, customer flow, and on-ground staff while creating an atmosphere that feels like the paddock before a race weekend.

The role demands ownership, presence, and passion — someone who not only runs operations but sparks energy, conversations, and a sense of belonging among visitors. You'll also build and engage our racing community through events, leagues, and social platforms, while ensuring the overall experience remains smooth, exciting, and memorable.

Key responsibilities include operational oversight, event and community management, and growth coordination with leadership. You'll handle vendor relations, safety, marketing support, and day-end performance tracking.

We're looking for someone with experience in operations, events, hospitality, or esports; strong communication skills; and a genuine passion for motorsport.

This is our first core hire — a builder's role from Day 1. If you're pursuing motorsport competitively, we offer flexible arrangements and free simulator training hours to support your growth.
