Key Responsibilities

  • Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans tailored to client requirements and Priorias brand ethos.
  • Create detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard design software.
  • Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories with an emphasis on quality, sustainability, and luxury.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into refined design solutions.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring designs are realized to the highest standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, materials, and innovations relevant to the luxury sector.
  • Incorporate Prioria's bespoke furniture collections into interior design schemes to showcase craftsmanship.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in luxury residential, hospitality, or corporate spaces.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent eye for detail, color, texture, and spatial balance.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Passion for design innovation, with an appreciation for craftsmanship and bespoke finishes.
