Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Medical Billing, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AR calling, RCM, Denials, Appeals, Eligibility Verification, Insurance Verification, Authorization processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable functions, including billing, claims processing, and revenue cycle management.
  • Handle denials by appealing denied claims and resolving issues with insurance companies.
  • Utilize augmented reality technology to enhance the RCM process.
  • Ensure timely submission of claims to Medicare and Medicaid programs.
  • Knowledge of AR, Payer Calling experience, Follow up and understanding of Denial Management
  • Checking the status on Claims filed to Insurance in standard format as directed
  • Ensure claims are followed up at regular intervals. Get closures to improve AR collections.
  • Ensuring Claims are re-billed by making necessary changes as per instruction
  • Understanding & Resolving Denials, claim corrections
  • Resolving EDI Rejections & Generating AR Reports
  • Identify Denial reason and work on resolution and timely follow up on claim status
  • Knowledge of AR, Payer Calling experience, Follow up and understanding of Denial Management
  • Work in specialties (Internal medicine, pain management, multispecialty) and added advantage
  • Hands on experience on any of the following EMR platforms ECW preferred, Neumed, MS, Kareo, isalus, NextGen, Dr Chrono
  • Working knowledge of EDI Rejections and format

Shift Timing: - 5pm to 2am, 6pm to 3am, 7pm to 4am depends on day light saving

Work Culture: - Mon to Fri
