Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Design Architect with 7+ years of experience in high-rise design to join our team in Pune. As a Design Architect, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of architectural work, from initial planning to overseeing construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create innovative and functional designs for high-rise buildings, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with sustainability principles.

  • Project Management: Control projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality designs, timely completion, and budget adherence.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects smoothly.

  • Design Documentation: Prepare detailed blueprints, specifications, and reports.

  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on high-rise buildings.

  • Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software like Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and experience in high-rise projects.
