Job Description – Mechanical Engineer Faculty

A Mechanical Engineering Faculty is responsible for teaching, mentoring, and training students in mechanical design, manufacturing, CAD/CAM, thermodynamics, industrial automation, and related subjects, along with providing hands-on lab guidance and industry-oriented skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures on Mechanical Engineering subjects
  • Train students on CAD/CAM/CAE tools (SolidWorks, NX, Creo, AutoCAD, etc.)
  • Conduct practical sessions for manufacturing, CNC, 3D printing, robotics, etc.
  • Prepare study notes, assignments, and training modules
  • Guide student projects and internships
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends and software
  • Conduct assessments and monitor student progress

Skills Required:

  • Strong fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering
  • Expertise in CAD/CAM/CAE software
  • Knowledge of CNC, GD&T, automation, and manufacturing
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Teaching and mentoring ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
