Senior Embryologist

Qualification:

• M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology
• M.Sc. in Life Science

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in embryology

Technical Proficiency:

Andrology:

• Semen analysis
• Semen preparation (Swim-up & Density Gradient) for IUI
• Sperm freezing and thawing
• DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI) testing

Embryology:

• Dish and media preparation
• Oocyte screening and denudation
• Embryo transfer
• Support for IVF/ICSI procedures

Lab Management:

• Skilled in handling all laboratory equipment
• Knowledge of SOPs, lab cleaning protocols, QA/QC practices
• Daily maintenance of lab and equipment
• Swab testing and ensuring hygiene standards

Administrative Work:

• Maintaining inward and outward registers
• Accurate data entry for andrology and embryology procedures
• Maintenance of relevant registers
• Experience using ART software applications

Roles and Responsibilities:

• ICSI procedures (mandatory)
• Oversee and manage all embryology lab operations
• Lead and supervise laboratory staff
• Maintain lab efficiency, compliance, and hygiene
