Position: VFX Trainer / Faculty

Employment Type: Part-Time

Location: MAAC Tambaram, Chennai

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and committed VFX Trainer / Faculty to deliver high-quality training in Compositing and VFX. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students towards industry-level expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured training sessions for Compositing and VFX modules

Guide students during practical lab sessions

Mentor students in developing and refining their showreels and portfolios

Monitor student performance and ensure consistent progress

Maintain a professional and positive classroom environment

Prepare students to meet industry standards and expectations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge in Editing, Compositing, and VFX

Proficiency in: Mocha, Nuke, Fusion, Storyboarder, 3ds Max, Katana, Silhouette

Additional skills (added advantage): Maya, ZBrush, Unity, Audition

Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management abilities

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to mentor students effectively

1–4 years of industry or academic experience preferred

Degree/Diploma in VFX, Animation, Multimedia, or related field

Work Mode: In-person (Tambaram, Chennai)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
