Sadananda & Prasad is looking to retain an Associate starting 1 January 2026. We do a mix of civil, commercial and public law cases as well as advisory work. We are committed to also engaging in pro bono work for the underserved.

Responsibilities

Working on and collaborating with (our thoughtful and fun) colleagues for the chamber's cases, by
drafting pleadings,
attending hearings,
making submissions in court, liaising with clients and other counsels on mandates, and briefing counsels when necessary.

The ideal candidate would also be invested in

  • building their own practice while working at the chamber

  • ⁠growing through reflection and feedback

  • ⁠reading widely and thinking deeply about the law.

Qualifications

2-5 years PQE

Compensation

We pay a monthly retainer in the range of INR 40,000-45,000/- and an annual performance-linked bonus.
