Job Summary:

The IT Consultant provides expert advice and solutions to help organizations optimize their IT infrastructure, applications, and business processes. The role involves analyzing client requirements, recommending technology solutions, implementing systems, and ensuring that IT strategies align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze client IT environments to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement technology solutions across hardware, software, cloud, and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and develop IT strategies.
  • Design, deploy, and configure enterprise IT systems, including cloud solutions, ERP, networking, and security tools.
  • Conduct system audits, performance evaluations, and risk assessments.
  • Provide technical support, training, and documentation for implemented solutions.
  • Ensure IT solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
  • Assist with digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and IT optimization projects.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Support project management and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in IT consulting, systems integration, or enterprise IT solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Networking and infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls)

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, collaboration tools)
  • Cybersecurity fundamentals

  • Project management tools and ITIL practices

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend technical solutions
