We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our Human Resources team and support our growing operations in the Oil & Gas - Manufacturing Sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles in the Oil & Gas sector, including rig-based, offshore, and plant personnel.
  • Employee Onboarding & Induction:

    Facilitate smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation programs aligned with industry HSE standards.
  • HR Operations:

    Handle day-to-day HR functions such as attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, HRIS updates, and documentation.
  • Compliance & Labor Law:

    Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF,IR , ESI, Statutory knowledge, regulatory standards and local manpower compliance in manufacturing unit
  • Performance Management:

    Support the annual appraisal cycle, KPIs tracking, and career development programs tailored to technical and field staff.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare:

    Plan and implement initiatives that improve morale, retention, and team productivity especially for Production team.
  • Training & Development:

    Coordinate technical and safety training sessions in collaboration with HSE and operations departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in Preferably Oil & Gas, or heavy industries
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and industry safety regulations
  • Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in industrial/manufacturing environments is a plus.
