About Latinum:

We are building a small but highly creative marketing team in India under the CMO's office. As a Creative Editor – Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping our brand storytelling through dynamic video content. This role goes beyond editing – it requires strong expertise in motion graphics, design, and storytelling to deliver visually impactful content across digital, social, and campaign platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Ensure all video content is aligned with brand identity, tone, and campaign objectives.
  • Adapt content for multiple platforms (short-form reels, ads, long-form explainers, etc.).
  • Mix footage, graphics, sound, and music to create polished, professional videos.
  • Stay updated with emerging video trends, editing styles, and motion design techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Animation, Multimedia, Design, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in video editing and motion graphics for marketing or digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong skills in motion graphics/2D animation (Blender, Cinema4D, or similar tools are a plus).
  • Excellent storytelling ability and a strong creative eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and what type of content works best on each.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
