Our proprietary AI trainer breaks down each element of the perfect sales pitch to provide actionable feedback to reps, so that your company's message is communicated consistently. From body language to gestures to contextual speech intent, the software maps every key knowledge and skill parameter. Robust, customizable reports help you identify critical gaps and improvement areas. Since its launch, the Awarathon Platform has seen extensive usage by various trusted brands (including Dr.Reddy's, Alkem Labs Bajaj Housing FInance, ICICI Prudential AMC, DSP Mutual Fund, Bombay Stock Exchange, OPPO Phones, etc.).

Our clients have on an average seen (1) up to 40% reduction in new hire onboard time (2) up to 60% reduction in training cost (3) substantial increase in sales, since the regular usage of our platform.

Product Development Associate Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Excellent knowledge of PHP framework and experience building factories/facades/libraries using abstract classes, interfaces, traits.
  • Demonstrable experience with PHP including OOP, security, refactoring & design patterns.
  • Good knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL/MS SQL/PostgreSQL), database designing and query optimization techniques. Experience in NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) databases will be an added ad-vantage.
  • Good core knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and Bootstrap framework Requirements.
  • Minimum requirement – graduate in B.E./B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of online tools and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, good communication skills in English
  • Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure

Other knowledge/skills

  • Working knowledge of version controlling systems like Git, clear understanding of Gitflow workflow, repository management tools like BitBucket and understanding of the overall CI/CD process. Working knowledge of cloud servers (AWS/Heroku/Rackspace/Digital Ocean/Linode), related services and server administration like setting up Apache/Nginx, php-fpm etc.
  • Experience in micro services development will be an added advantage
