About the role

You'll turn Figma files into pixel-perfect, production-ready React apps that look great on every screen size—from 320px mobiles to ultra-wide desktops—while adding tasteful animations and micro-interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert Figma designs into clean, maintainable React code with pixel-perfect fidelity.
  • Build fully responsive layouts (mobile-first), handle complex breakpoints, and ensure cross-browser support.
  • Implement animations/micro-interactions (page transitions, reveal effects, hover states) without hurting performance.
  • Create reusable, accessible components using modern UI libraries.
  • Integrate REST APIs, handle loading/error states, and manage client-side state cleanly.
  • Optimize for performance (code-splitting, lazy loading, memoization) and pass Lighthouse checks.
  • Write readable commits, PRs, and short implementation notes.

Must-Have Skills

  • React 18 (functional components, hooks), basics
  • Tailwind CSS and strong responsive design fundamentals (flex/grid, clamp, fluid typography)
  • Animations: Framer Motion and CSS transitions/keyframes (GSAP is a plus)
  • UI libraries: shadcn/ui, Aceternity UI, and familiarity with Radix UI primitives; exposure to one more (e.g., Ant Design/Material UI)
  • Exact Figma replication: spacing, type scale, color, shadows, grids, auto-layout understanding
  • Forms & validation: React Hook Form + Zod (or similar)
  • State & data: React Query or Redux Toolkit, debounced search, infinite lists

Sample Screening Task (4–6 hours)

  • Recreate a provided Figma landing section (hero + features + CTA) in React + Tailwind.
  • Add micro-interactions (button hover, card reveal, route transition with Framer Motion).
  • Support 3 breakpoints (≤640px, 641–1024px, ≥1025px).
  • Include a11y (focus states, alt text, skip link) and a short README (decisions/perf notes).
  • Share a GitHub repo + live link (Vercel/Netlify).

Eligibility

  • Final-year student or Pre-final year student or recent graduate in CS/IT or self-taught with a strong portfolio.
  • Portfolio/GitHub showing responsive builds and animation work is required.
