Candidates who

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in General, Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry aligned to the NEET Foundation curriculum.

Use pedagogical approaches that foster understanding (problem solving, conceptual clarity), e.g., interactive classes, demonstrations, visuals, experiments where possible.

Develop and maintain teaching materials: worksheets, class notes, quizzes, tests & mock exams.

Monitor student performance regularly through assessments, assignments, quizzes, periodic tests; analyze performance to identify weak areas.

Provide feedback and support to students; conduct doubt‐clearing sessions / extra classes as needed.

Help students build exam‐taking skills: time management, question interpretation, answering techniques, etc.

Collaborate with other faculty to align curriculum, share best practices, coordinate across batches.

Stay updated with changes in the NEET syllabus / pattern; incorporate them into lessons.

Maintain discipline, ensure a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Keep records: attendance, scores, progress reports.

May be involved in mentoring or counselling to encourage students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
