Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Networking technologies and end-to-end project lifecycle management. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans effectively.
  • Handle risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and change control processes.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between internal teams, vendors, OEMs, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Conduct status meetings, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Drive project governance and ensure projects meet quality and delivery standards.
  • Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in Project Management with focus on Networking / IT Infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Networking technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of Project Management methodologies – Waterfall, Agile, Scrum.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • PMP Certification or Agile / Scrum Master Certification
