Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bell-ringer located at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort in Odisha, India. The Bell-ringer will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the resort and local attractions, coordinating with the front desk for guest services, and ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and entrance areas, handling guest inquiries, and offering top-notch customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is beneficial
