Job Title: Junior Engineer Execution
Department: Project Operations
Reports To: Senior Engineer Execution
Job Summary:
The Junior Site Engineer is responsible for supporting day-to-day construction site
activities, assisting senior engineers with execution, and ensuring work is carried out
according to design, quality, and safety standards. This is an entry-level to mid-level
position ideal for candidates who want to build technical and practical experience in the
construction field.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising construction activities on-site as per drawings and specifications.
Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available for planned tasks.
Coordinate daily work with subcontractors and labour teams under the guidance of
senior engineers.

Interpret and understand construction drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Assist in resolving minor technical issues on-site by coordinating with design and
planning teams.

Monitor ongoing work for compliance with design and quality requirements.

Ensure that work on-site adheres to quality standards and safety protocols.
Report unsafe practices, near misses, and incidents to the safety team.
Assist in conducting material checks and coordinating inspections with QA/QC
teams.

Maintain daily site logs, progress records, and manpower reports.
Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Assist with documentation for inspections, approvals, and quality control.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
•
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
•
3-5 years of experience in construction (residential, commercial, infrastructure,
or industrial projects).
•
Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and materials is a plus.
