Role Description

This is a Project based, On-Site Internship role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for the India International Cargo Show 2025. Interns will assist with event-related planning, coordination, and execution activities, including managing logistics, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting event operations. Responsibilities also include generating reports, preparing presentations, and contributing to promotional efforts. Interns will gain hands-on experience in logistics and event management while working closely with professionals in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills for supporting event planning and logistics
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations using tools like Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to logistics and event management processes
  • Knowledge of or experience in the logistics or event management industry is a plus
