Role

We are hiring a Web & Visual Design Specialist to turn concepts and assets into polished, on-brand designs across web and marketing. You will work primarily in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to create layouts, graphics, animations/motion, and video edits with professional color grading, typography, and brand consistency. Handoffs will go to our in-house developer for build.

Responsibilities

  • Design responsive page layouts, components, and design systems in Figma (auto-layout, variants, styles/tokens).
  • Create on-brand graphics, icons, and illustrations (Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Edit and finish short videos: cut, stabilize, grade, text overlays, simple motion (Premiere/After Effects).
  • Produce lightweight animations/micro-interactions (Lottie/GIF/MP4), export-ready for dev implementation.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines (typography, color, spacing, imagery rules) and font usage.
  • Build company resources: brochures, one-pagers, catalogs, and templates in InDesign/PDF.
  • Optimize assets for web delivery (SVG/WEBP/PNG/MP4), organize files, and document usage.
  • Collaborate with 3D/content teams and communicate clearly on requirements, revisions, and timelines.

Required

  • 3+ years professional experience in web/UI or visual design.
  • Advanced Figma skills (components, variants, libraries, tokens).
  • Strong Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and InDesign.
  • Demonstrated color grading and motion/animation fundamentals.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and brand systems experience.
  • Clear communication, self-management, and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices (contrast, alt text guidelines).
  • Experience preparing developer-ready specs and asset packs.
  • Basic understanding of LUTs, color spaces, and export codecs.
  • Comfort working from CAD/3D renders to make marketing-ready visuals.

Deliverables & Standards

  • Organized Figma files with components, styles, and documentation.
  • Asset packs: SVG/WEBP/PNG, Lottie/GIF/MP4 motion, layered PSD/AI, and print-ready PDF/INDD.
  • Brand kit (logo usage, fonts/licensing notes, color specs, spacing, examples).
  • Handoff notes for dev (states, breakpoints, motion specs, asset paths).
