Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Attendant located in Gurugram. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Key tasks include cleaning rooms, laundering towels and linens, ensuring rooms are stocked with necessary items, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves communicating effectively with guests and other hotel staff to ensure a seamless experience.
