Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products or services, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services
Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
Pitch products or services to customers and address their queries
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to achieve business objectives
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good knowledge of products or services being offered
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
