Mechanical BIM Modeler/Engineer

  • Good knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Co-ordination.
  • To assist BIM Coordinators & Team leaders in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
  • To generate drawings, sheet & documentations for BIM Models.
  • To create standard, parametric and shared parametric families.
  • Knowledge of clash detection and resolutions using Revit & Navis.
  • Create and update BIM Models based on IFC drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure integrity & quality of the models maintained throughout the projects.
  • Produce BIM Model deliverables for construction, documentation and Fabrication.
  • Identify issues and update BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur advantage. during
  • Able to complete models/drawings in timely and quality manner.

Electrical BIM Modeler/Engineer

  • Expert in Developing Power, Lighting, Containment & ELV layout.
  • Shall have working experience in cable & tray sizing, load schedule & schematics.
  • Shall have acquired knowledge in Dubai Electricity and Water Authority & Dubai Civil Defense standards
  • Well versed in Revit, AutoCAD, Navis and Autodesk Plugin's.
  • Knowledge in Civil 3D, Dynamo, Lumion, Revizto will have an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To assist BIM Coordinators & Team leaders in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
  • To generate drawings, sheet & documentations for BIM Models.

To create standard, parametric and shared parametric families.

Knowledge of clash detection and resolutions using Revit & Navis.

  • Create and update BIM Models based on IFC drawings and specifications.

Ensure integrity & quality of the models maintained throughout the projects.

  • Produce BIM Model deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication.

Identify issues and update BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during production stage.

Able to complete models/drawings in timely and quality manner.

Civil/Architectural BIM Modeler/Engineer

To assist BIM coordinators & Team leaders in Creating, Updating and Revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.

  • To generate shop drawings, sheet & documentations for BIM Models.
  • Should create standard, parametric and shared parametric families.
  • Knowledge of clash detection and resolutions using Revit & Navis.
  • Create and Update BIM models based on Contract Drawings and Specifications.
  • Ensure Integrity & Quality of the models maintained throughout the projects.
  • Produce BIM Models deliverable for construction, documentation and fabrication.
  • Develop BIM models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM based Quantification and 4D simulation.
  • Identify issues and update BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage.
  • Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner.
