Job Summary 
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer with a strong understanding of Cloud technologies, Generative AI and related IT domains. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating high-quality, engaging and SEO-optimized content tailored for technical and business audiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, compelling narratives. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop clear, concise and accurate technical documentation, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, product guides and other collaterals focusing on Cloud Services, GenAI and related IT domains. 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand product capabilities, solution architectures and use cases. 
  • Simplify complex technical topics into engaging and audience-friendly content for both technical and non-technical readers. 
  • Create SEO-friendly content to improve online visibility and brand positioning. 
  • Maintain consistent tone, structure and style across all technical content. 
  • Support marketing initiatives with thought leadership articles, press releases and industry-relevant content. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends in Cloud, AI and emerging technologies to create relevant and timely content. 
 
Requirements 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical writing or content creation, preferably in the IT sector. 
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with Generative AI concepts and tools. 
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. 
  • Experience with SEO content writing and keyword optimization. 
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers and marketing teams. 
  • Availability to work from the Mumbai office. 
 
Good to Have 
  • Certification or training in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Generative AI technologies. 
  • Familiarity with MLOps, Data Engineering, or AI/ML model lifecycle concepts. 
  • Knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and integration documentation. 
  • Ability to create multimedia content (videos, infographics, interactive demos). 
  • Prior experience working in a B2B technology environment. 
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts relevant to cloud and AI solutions. 
  • Experience using content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.). 
  • Awareness of emerging tech trends such as Edge Computing, Blockchain, and IoT.
