We are seeking for an Operations Management in a water purification company oversees daily operations, ensuring the production of safe, high-quality water while adhering to all safety and environmental regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring and optimizing treatment processes, managing maintenance and repairs, maintaining operational records, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and compliance within the plant.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise all aspects of water treatment plant operations to ensure the continuous delivery of safe and clean water.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures, conduct water sample testing, and adjust processes to maintain water quality standards.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor plant operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and professional development.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations, safety procedures, and reporting meet local, state, and federal regulations for water treatment and environmental protection.
  • Maintenance and Equipment: Coordinate and oversee the preventive maintenance and repair of all plant equipment and facilities to prevent disruptions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and resolve operational challenges, develop and implement procedures to optimize plant performance, and manage resources effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of plant operations, maintenance activities, water quality testing, and compliance reports.
  • Emergency Response: Develop and execute plans for responding to emergencies, equipment failures, or other unexpected events.

Note:

O&M Candidates should have 2-3 years experienced.

Qualifications: UG, Diploma & Engineering.
