Job Description / Responsibilities
- Full-time, target-based field sales role with performance-based incentives.
- Visit all types of shops within the assigned territory.
- Interact with shop owners, take product orders, ensure timely delivery, and collect payments.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with shopkeepers.
- Flexible working hours (based on shop timings in the assigned area).
- Products are from reputed FMCG brands, ensuring easy recognition by shopkeepers.
- Coverage area: From Moyna Haath (Barasat) to Awalsiddhi, including Duttapukur, Bamongachi, Digra, part of Habra, up to Nilgunj Bazar, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate.
- 1 - 3 years experience in sales (FMCG sales preferred).
- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Strong understanding of FMCG sales.
- Hardworking, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
