Digital CHR is a UK-based digital marketing company working internationally with restaurants, hospitality brands and SaaS projects.

We create high-quality content for global audiences and manage social media channels across multiple markets.

We are now hiring a Social Media Manager (Hindi + English) to join our remote team.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating, publishing and managing social media content in Hindi and English, working directly with our UK team.

Your work will support our clients in the hospitality and lifestyle sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish daily content in Hindi and English (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Write captions, scripts and short-form content adapted to Indian digital trends.
  • Edit basic videos (Reels, TikTok) and prepare visual content.
  • Monitor comments, engage with the community and support growth strategies.
  • Track trends, hashtags and weekly social media developments in India.
  • Report performance and propose creative ideas.

Required Skills

  • Native-level Hindi and excellent written English.
  • Strong understanding of Indian digital culture, tone and social media habits.
  • Ability to write engaging content for Indian audiences.
  • Good skills on Instagram Reels and TikTok formats.
  • Basic editing tools (Canva, CapCut or similar).
  • Organised, creative and proactive.
