Addressing applicant inquiries or concerns regarding the visa application process. Staying updated with immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance. Maintaining detailed records of communication with applicants and documentation collected. Delivering excellent customer service by being patient, empathetic, and responsive to applicant needs.
