Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, power panels, HT/LT systems, drives, and motors.
• Troubleshoot faults in electrical circuits, control panels, PLCs, SCADA systems, and automation interfaces.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend methods to reduce electrical losses and optimize load.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, including coordination with OEMs and vendors.
• Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards such as IE Rules, BIS, ISO, and GPCB requirements.
• Maintain documentation: load charts, SLDs, test reports, AMC records, calibration logs, etc.
• Support plant shutdown and emergency maintenance operations with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, and production departments for integrated engineering solutions.
