Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Agra. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), assisting in cost control, and maintaining accurate cost records. Additional responsibilities include planning and forecasting project budgets, tracking project expenses, and preparing detailed cost reports. The role also demands close collaboration with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Experience with preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Strong abilities in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills for project budgeting
- A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools and software is a plus
