Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Lathe Programmer located in Pune. The CNC Lathe Programmer will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for lathes, interpreting technical drawings, operating and monitoring machining equipment, and ensuring the production of high-quality components. Key responsibilities also include troubleshooting program issues, collaborating with team members to improve efficiency, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming fundamentals
  • Strong skills in Machining and Operating CNC equipment
  • Experience with Technical Drawing interpretation and application
  • Understanding of Milling processes and techniques
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality precision components
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine and programming issues
  • Relevant technical certifications or a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments is advantageous
