Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, either on-site or remotely.

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of products and equipment.

  • Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer complaints.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and repair guides.

  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product developments.

  • Provide training and support to junior engineers and technicians.

  • Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronics systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel for site visits and training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)

  • Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
