Job Description

Woow Reality is looking for a creative and technically skilled Unreal Engine Level Designer to design immersive environments for VR, AR, simulations, training modules, and real-time applications. You will be responsible for crafting interactive spaces, building scene layouts, lighting, set dressing, and ensuring the overall visual and functional quality of levels created in Unreal Engine 4/5.

Responsibilities

  • Create and design levels, environments, and interactive spaces in Unreal Engine
  • Build blockouts, greyboxing, and full-level compositions
  • Place assets, props, lighting, VFX, and environmental storytelling elements
  • Collaborate with 3D artists, developers, and designers to achieve the required aesthetic
  • Optimize scenes for VR, AR, Mobile, and PC performance
  • Ensure levels are functional, intuitive, and visually appealing
  • Work with Blueprint systems for basic interactions and triggers
  • Maintain consistent visual style and environment flow across projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in level design (Unreal Engine preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) tools, lighting, materials, and Blueprints
  • Ability to design environments with strong visual composition and storytelling
  • Knowledge of optimization techniques for VR & real-time applications
  • Good understanding of scale, navigation, player flow, and usability
  • Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Pay

₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
